Roll Cameras, er, Microphones – Production on “Disunity, Part 2″ Has Started!

Well, here we go again.

Production on our second episode “Disunity, Part 2”, has finally started with us hitting the ground running. After many weeks of pre-production, I’m not only relieved to finally see this day come, but I’m actually very excited about it for two reasons. First, with this news, we can now move from being a one-shot release to a viable series production. And the second reason, and for me the most important, is that this is a really good, character-driven story. A good example of this will be the scenes featuring the Shan Rihannsu leader, played by Kurt Carley. When you hear those scenes, you’ll understand why I wanted Kurt to play this part as his character is not just some dude in a black hat. I’d love to say more, but I won’t as I don’t want to spoil it. You’ll just have to wait to hear it for yourself.

Now, while we were in pre-production on this episode, we’ve been working on many other surprises to share with our audience, some of which will be released during the course of production/post-production on “Disunity, Part 2″. The first one we released today and that’s the episode poster for this latest episode. What’s cool about this poster is that it gives our audience their FIRST EVER look at the lead character for our series, Captain Ken Anderson, played by Matt Boardman. It also gives our audience a look at the protagonist of our story, the Shan Rihannsu Leader, played by Kurt Carley (we’ll be adding a large-size version of this poster for downloading on our website either by tonight or tomorrow at the latest).

Like I said before, this is only the start of some frakking good stuff that Matt and I have cooking in the oven right now, with some of these freshly baked goods being served up over the next few months.

Yep, this is going to be a wild ride. So be sure to fasten your safety belts and keep your arms inside the cabin at all times.
